The Most Revd Joseph Arcangel Rios Moncada. He has been elected and appointed to the Archbishop of the Province of South America on 9th December.
Archbishop Moncada will add one significant new duty, overseeing South America for the WAC.

The Worldwide Anglican Church (WAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of the new Bishop of Kobe and of Osaka in the Ecclesiastical Province of Japan of the WAC, effective Saturday, August 11, 2018.
It is our pleasure and honour to welcome the new Bishop of Kobe, the Rt Revd Titus Hikaru Yamaguchi, and of Osaka, Rt Revd Michael Tetsuya Kawaguchi to the WAC.
Bishop Yamaguchi and Bishop Kawaguchi will be invaluable assets of our Church which we shall use to the glory of God.
The enthronement of the Rt Revd Jonathan Kyangasha, Bishop of Rwenzori (Diocese of Rwenzori) of the Worldwide Anglican Church

We are pleased to announce that the enthronement of the Rt Revd Jonathan Kyangasha will take place on Sunday 29th April 2018 at 10:00 am in Fort Portal town of Western Uganda.
He will be the first Bishop of Rwenzori (Diocese of Rwenzori) of the Worldwide Anglican Church.
He will also be raised to the Lead Bishop for Theological Discipline and Doctrine. And leads Committee of Theological Discipline and Doctrine in the Archbishops’ Council.

[January 17-20, 2018.] Patriarch Addresses the ‘The First Africa Summit for Peace, Security and Sustainable Development’.
The Most Revd* Christopher Lwanga Tusubira , the Patriarch of the Worldwide Anglican Church is now attending ‘The First Africa Summit for Peace, Security and Sustainable Development’ at Dakar, Sénégal(West Africa), with the support of the State of the République du Sénégal, under the presidency of His Excellency Macky Sall, and support of the National Assembly of Senegal, headed by Hon. The conference is being held on January 17-20, 2018, organized by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) and the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace (IAPP) to serve as the framework to promote the ideals of peace, unity, solidarity and good governance advocated by our global movement of Ambassadors for Peace.
The theme of the conference is “New Africa: Interdependence, Co-Prosperity and Universal Values”. Patriarch Christopher will be addressing the conference on January 19, on the topic ‘The role of inter-religious leaders can play in conflict resolution and development.’.
